PUBLIC NOTICE - VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Morrisville will hold its regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Members of the public body will be participating via videoconferencing technology, with no in-person location until such time as Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1 expires. The public may listen to or view these meetings via web-based video technology by going to zoom.us/join and entering Meeting ID 496-003-2450.

A transcript of these meetings will be available at a later date.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Morrisville are conducting these meetings pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1.

LEGAL NOTICE - VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Morrisville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on March 4, 2021 at 4:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the at the Town of Eaton offices located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York to consider an application for subdivision approval submitted by Aaron Dooley, located at 33 West Main Street (Tax Map# 111.18-1-14). The applicant proposes combing an adjacent parcel, Tax Map# 111.19-1-13, also owned by applicant, into one lot.

All interested persons shall be heard at this public hearing. Acceptable face coverings are required of all attendees. Public comment may also be submitted via email addressed to chairperson Marie Smith, at villageclerk@frontiernet.net or by regular mail addressed to the Morrisville Village Planning Board, PO Box 955, Morrisville, NY 13408, to be received by 12:00 Noon March 3, 2021, and will be made part of the record of the public hearing and meeting. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Morrisville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Town of Eaton Offices, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York, to consider the application of Alexander Sen, as owner of the premises located at 24 West Main Street, Morrisville (Tax Map# 111.15-1-5), for an area variance to grant relief from §180-33F and Zoning Schedule 1 to allow three dwelling units and an office.

All interested persons shall be heard at this public hearing. Acceptable face coverings are required of all attendees.
