PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL LAW PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW § 131 OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING ON-SITE CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Morrisville, Madison County, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on November 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a local law, an abstract of which is as follows. The full local law is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, 23 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.

A LOCAL LAW PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW § 131 OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING ON-SITE CONSUMPTIONESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE

This local law opts out of allowing on-site consumption establishments from locating and operating within the boundaries of the Village of Morrisville.

SAID LOCAL LAW IS SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM. Petitions, to be valid, for a referendum must be filed within thirty (30) days of the Notice of this Adoption.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the November meeting of the Village of Morrisville Historic Preservation Commission has been rescheduled to November 11, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Eaton offices located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, NY.

PUBLIC NOTICE - VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Morrisville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2021 at 3:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Town of Eaton offices located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York to consider an application for site plan review submitted by Collins Parry Associates. The applicant proposes expanding the parking area at 46 West Main Street, Morrisville (Tax Map# 111.15-1-3).

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Morrisville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2021 at 3:10 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Town of Eaton offices located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York to consider an application for site plan review submitted by OSC Properties, LLC. The applicant proposes renovating a portion of the existing building previously occupied by CORE Federal Credit Union for use as the relocated Napa Auto Parts Store at 6 Cambridge Avenue, Morrisville (Tax Map# 111.15-1-2.11).

All interested persons shall be heard at these public hearings. Acceptable face coverings are required of all attendees. Public comment may also be submitted via email addressed to chairperson Marie Smith, at villageclerk@frontiernet.net or by regular mail addressed to the Morrisville Village Planning Board, PO Box 955, Morrisville, NY 13408, to be received by 12:00 Noon on November 18, 2021, and will be made part of the record of the public hearing and meeting. The application is available for review at the Village Office, 23 Cedar St., Morrisville, during regular business hours.
